Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReplyMaya, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.

ReplyMaya provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers your inbound calls, books appointments, and forwards urgent calls. Functionality, voices, and integrations may evolve over time.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate business information, (b) complying with all laws governing call recording and customer communications in your jurisdiction (see Privacy Policy §4), (c) not using ReplyMaya for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent calls, and (d) keeping your account credentials secure.

You will not: use the service to make outbound robocalls, impersonate other parties deceptively, transmit malicious content, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Fees are billed in advance per subscription period. Per-minute call costs (where applicable) are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service depends on third parties (Vapi.ai, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Stripe, Calendly, telecom carriers). We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services, but we will work in good faith to maintain continuity.

The service is provided "as is". AI responses may be inaccurate. You should review bookings and call summaries before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free transcripts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyMaya's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
